Appellant complains on appeal that he was denied the effective assistance of counsel during both the guilt-innocence and punishment phases of trial, and that the trial court erred in failing to instruct the jury as to the reasonable-doubt standard applicable to extraneous-offense evidence in the punishment charge. We will affirm the conviction.
