Gronvall, physicians and surgeons, in the care and treatment of plaintiff while a patient in the hospital. The case was tried before Paul S. Carroll, Judge, and a jury. After a directed verdict for the hospital and the return of a verdict by the jury in favor of defendant Johnson, plaintiff appealed from an order denying her motion for a new trial, the action having been dismissed by plaintiff as to the defendant Gronvall.
